Not all Tors are Equal!
Beardown Tors In endeavoring to conquer all of Dartmoor's tors I have come to find that not all tors are equal!
Beardown Tors as the name suggests is a series of 3 large granite tors that all have to be climbed to be ticked off the list and this after over an hours walk out onto the open moor from The Two Bridges Hotel.
Others are much simpler and easier. If you want to 'bag a tor' quickly then go to Bagga Tor as this stumpy little mound sits virtually in the car park!
