Little Mis Tor, Great Mis Tor & the mysterious stone basin!
Little Mis Tor
On one of the grandest hills in Devon, often hidden in the clouds lies the ginormous and aptly named Great Mis Tor. From the main Princetown/Tavistock road there is a lovely but long climb up to the top. This assent can be surreptitiously broken to gaze at the wonderful view and explore the dwarfed but not completely outshone Little Mis Tor. Great Mis Tor
Great Mis Tor is wonderful to scramble about on and if you get the the peak you can find a mysterious rock basin called the Mis Tor Pan or The Devil's Frying Pan. An inspiring place to make up folk stories whilst enjoying a hot chocolate! Staring into the mysterious rock basin on Great Mis Tor
